Sufferfest Hiking App - Help and Icon Guide

Main Nav > Bottom Bar

Main Navigation

Along the bottom of the app you will find four key icons -

  • Home (the small house icon)

  • Logistics (info icon)

  • Route (tri-fold map icon)

  • Team (two people icon)

Home will show you tiles for every route either associated with your team’s unique code, or routes you’ve personally created. If you need to update your profile, such as adding emergency information or your photo, go to the home section first and then to the upper right hand corner of the screen.

The Logistics button will always take you to the landing page for the last route you loaded, showing you the My Travel Plans and Weather Pace tiles in addition to key information about the route such as distance and elevation.

The Route icon loads the map for the last hike you loaded in the system. Clicking it should take you to the map view for the last hike loaded and geo-locate you at the same time.

The Team icons provides you with tiles to key reports such as the Team Roster, Shared Expenses, and Arrivals and Departures.

You will also see a floating “hamburger” menu — in light purple in the image above - that gives you access to the same team features plus notes and waypoint creation for the hike you have loaded.
